During the visit, we will review your project goals, discuss design details, and take necessary measurements.
Following the assessment, we will provide a comprehensive quote for your review. At that time, we welcome any questions and can refine selections or explore tailored alternatives to align with your goals.
Once your quotation has been finalized and approved, please return the signed agreement via email or through our secure e-signature platform.
Upon receipt of the signed agreement, the required deposit will be collected to secure your project in our schedule.
Your project will then be scheduled in coordination with both our production calendar and your preferred timing.
We begin by mobilizing on site and completing the project layout.
Work with then proceed as agreed. Should refinement or adjustments be required, they can be discussed and incorporated throughout the course of the project.
Upon completion, we will conduct a final walk through with you to ensure the project has met your expectations, followed by the issuance of your final invoice.

What to expect?
We typically conduct site visits on weekends or after 6pm on week days. Let us know what works best for you. First we will listen to the needs you have for the space. Next we can talk about ways to deliver on those needs inclusive of the environment. Typically, we include a rough design with our quotations to help you understand what we’re proposing.
